Program name

The program is called the Sort + Place Staff SMS Program.

Program purpose

Sort + Place is a household management company. This program sends operational text messages only to household staff directly employed by private residences managed by Sort + Place.

Messages may include staff schedules, shift confirmations and changes, work assignments, reminders, arrival or access instructions, task updates, schedule-related questions, urgent household operations notices, and other information necessary to coordinate household work. The program does not send marketing, advertising, sales, or promotional messages.

Enrollment

Only household staff members who give affirmative verbal consent during in-person onboarding may enroll. A manager explains the program, provides the messaging disclosures, asks whether the staff member agrees, and records the affirmative verbal consent before adding the number to the SMS list.

Sort + Place does not enroll staff through an online checkbox or web form and does not use purchased, rented, imported, scraped, or third-party contact lists.

Voluntary consent

Participation is voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment, receiving or keeping work assignments, receiving a work schedule, receiving operational information, working at a managed residence, or receiving services or employment-related benefits.

Staff members who do not enroll may receive work-related information by email or phone call.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. The number of messages depends on work schedules, shift changes, assignments, reminders, task updates, arrival instructions, and urgent household operations needs.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on the recipient’s mobile carrier and service plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any Sort + Place text message to cancel at any time. You may receive one confirmation message after your request is processed. You will then stop receiving program messages unless you later provide new affirmative consent.

Opting out does not affect employment, work assignments, scheduling, or access to operational information. Necessary information may instead be provided by email or phone call.

Delivery

Message delivery is subject to participating mobile carriers, network conditions, device settings, and service availability. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent are not shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
