By requesting access to or using Sorted & Stocked, you agree to these terms on behalf of your household.
Sorted & Stocked is a household management application providing meal planning, inventory tracking, shopping lists, and staff coordination tools, with awareness of kashrut categorization and the Jewish calendar.
Access is granted on a per-property, role-based basis (Owner, Manager, Staff). Your household is responsible for managing who has access to your account and for the accuracy of information entered by anyone with access.
On kashrut and religious observance: Sorted & Stocked provides organizational tools — including kashrut tags and suggested bracha information — to help your household track and communicate information it has already determined. These tools do not independently verify kashrut status, and are not a substitute for your household's own halachic judgment or the guidance of your rav. Sorted & Stocked is not responsible for kashrut errors resulting from information entered into the app.
The accuracy of recipes, inventory, and other information in the app depends on what your household and staff enter. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or outdated information resulting from user input.

Either party may terminate access to the service at any time. Upon termination, your household's data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Sorted & Stocked is provided as an organizational tool. We are not liable for losses arising from staff execution errors, missed notifications, or household decisions made using information from the app — the household retains ultimate responsibility for its own kitchen, kashrut, and staff management.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
